my dwarf hamster had babies
and their seven days old but l didnt take the male out at birth
so l think she will have babies again how long are hamsters pregnant for and what happens when the 2 litters meet even no their have the same mum and dad?

Ohh okay.
Make sure u seperate the litter as soon as they r old enough to leave their mum.
As u dont want pregnancys.
Make sure u seperate them all from eachother once they get to breeding age as u dont want them to fight.

Remove the father after about a week from now.
So that the mother can build her nest again.
And to prevent further litters being born.

Also, get a different cage.
If u keep male & female hamsters together then expect nothing less.

They will be okay together until they start to grow up and run around then they will start fighting and probably mating, then you will get even more babies.

You need to remove the babies from their after they have grown and start eating proper food (please research the appropriate time as i cannot remember at the moment).

Ask your vet if they will take them off your hands, or sell them to local people or your local pet shop.
